Blackberry Smash Mocktail ⁠

For the Rosemary Syrup⁠

1/4 cup water ⁠
1/4 cup sugar ⁠
5 sprigs rosemary ⁠

For the rosemary smash mocktail⁠

3 tbsp blackberries sauce (homemade or store bought)⁠
3/4 oz rosemary syrup⁠
Juice of 1/2 lime ⁠
Few drops orange bitters ⁠
1 cup Carbon8 sparkling water ⁠
Fresh aromatic herbs or rosemary sprigs⁠

For the rosemary syrup, to a small saucepan add water and sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil, cooking until the sugar is dissolved. ⁠

Remove the saucepan from the heat, add the rosemary sprigs, cover and let steep for at least 30 minutes. ⁠

Strain the syrup into an airtight container and chill until at least room temperature before using (the syrup will last 15 days in your fridge).⁠

In a mixing glass mix blackberries, lime juice, orange bitters, rosemary syrup, carbon8 sparkling water and some ice cubes.⁠

Strain and serve with your favorite aromatic herbs⁠.
